Dr. Jorge E. Gaviria graduated as a Medical Surgeon from the University of Los Andes, Venezuela, in 2001 and completed his specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Venezuelan Red Cross in 2009. He later obtained advanced training in Aesthetic Medicine, Anti-Aging Medicine, and Laser Medicine, earning a Master’s Degree in Laser Applications in Dermatology from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Barcelona, Spain.

Dr. Gaviria is Board Certified by the American Board of Laser Surgery (ABLS) in Laser Surgery and Medical Laser Procedures. He is Senior Faculty, Fellow, and Consultant for the International Society of Cosmetogynecology (ISCG), and co-founder of the Spanish Society of Aesthetic, Regenerative, and Functional Gynecology (SEGERF).

A Key Opinion Leader, researcher, and international trainer for Fotona since 2010, Dr. Gaviria was among the pioneers in Latin America to develop and promote non-ablative intravaginal laser technologies. He lectures internationally on laser medicine, aesthetic gynecology, regenerative medicine, and advanced energy-based treatments.

Currently, Dr. Gaviria serves as Senior Faculty for Continuing Medical Education (CME), advanced clinical trainer for Fotona users, and medical consultant for Fotona USA. He is also an active member of several international scientific organizations, including ISCG, AACS, and ASLMS.
